Early in life, Amy learned the value of determination, perseverance, and adaptability through her love for gymnastics. Those values informed the foundation on which she built her career in corporate America. But her success in that arena came at a cost to her health. She was not attuned to the powerful connection between mind, body, and spiritual health. Amy truly believes life has a way of course-correcting when you’re on the wrong path. Her health led to yoga and yoga shifted her world on its axis.
Amy completed her 200-hour teacher training with Metta Yoga in 2023 to share the benefits of yoga with others, to expand our beautiful community, and to help others bring mindful moments to their day and life. In Amy's classes, you will focus on breathing and find length in your body, and her goal is to help you leave class full of grace and compassion.
