Starting July 9th, Join the amazing Yuliia Guk for Restorative Yoga on Wednesdays 7:45pm in San Rafael!
Deeply relax and slow down the body and mind. Restorative yoga poses are supine, passive, and comfortably supported with yoga props (blanket, bolster, strap, and blocks). The class is intended to engage the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the body to completely relax.

This all levels class focuses on alignment and breath. The power of your own breath will help you safely align your body into each pose. When your body is aligned, you can maximize the energetic and healing benefits of each pose and minimize any risk of injury, while getting stronger.

This is a class for you mama. Because taking care of yourself while raising young kids is possible. Whether your little one is crawling, toddling, or just playing nearby, you deserve time to move your body and reconnect with yourself.
Yoga for Moms & Tots is designed for moms with young children who want to stay active and connected to other parents. Through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, you will build strength and flexibility, all in a kid-friendly environment.
