Starting November 21st, Peter Bartesch is taking on Thursdays 5:30pm at Cloudbreak for a Vinyasa Flow L2/3 (heated at 86F)!
If you haven’t taken Peter’s class yet, get ready for some serious FIRE! His classes are challenging but designed to help you grow in your practice, combining movement and philosophy for a unique, fun, and powerful experience.
Starting December 3rd, join Marina Guastucci on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Core Flow, at Metta San Rafael!
This will be dynamic core focused flow designed to tone, strengthen and balance all aspects of the core. In addition to traditional yoga postures, we will use various breath, fascia release and resistance training techniques to awaken and empower our bodies from the inside out!
Starting December 3rd, join Fiona for Steady Vinyasa Flow now twice a week in San Rafael!
In addition to her Thursday class, you can now practice with her on Tuesdays at 4:30pm.

Marina will guide you on a nourishing, slower-paced Vinyasa class concluding with 10-15 minutes of deeply relaxing sound healing.

Join us for a fun and energizing full-body movement class that blends bodyweight exercises with resistance bands to help you build strength, improve mobility, and support your pelvic floor. Set to upbeat music, this class is designed for all levels and focuses on functional movements that target the key muscles supporting your core, posture, and pelvic health.
Parents are welcome to bring babies in carriers—this is a family-friendly class where you can strengthen your body and bond with your little one at the same time.
