Metta Mama is a Yoga Studio space dedicated to new and expecting moms and parents to gather and build a community rooted in yoga and mindfulness practices.
We offer prenatal and postnatal yoga, birth partner workshops, and supportive gatherings for every stage of motherhood.

The transformative time of early motherhood can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming and leave us with more questions than answers. There is so much to navigate during the perinatal year and sometimes we do not know where to turn to for resources to help us navigate all these new experiences.
Join us at Metta Mama starting in January for a free perinatal education series where we will cover topics ranging from hormonal health, to sleep, to pelvic floor health. Learn how to navigate your new normal from experienced practitioners that will help guide you to feel more confident in your body, in your mind, in your relationship, and in your new job caring for your precious little one.
Are you looking for an experiential childbirth education class? Come learn and refresh your understanding about what it means to move through the dance of labor and birth with your support person - spouse, partner, friend, or family member.
An afternoon of sound healing, connection, and reflection on your motherhood journey. This inclusive mother’s circle is for women with all varieties of motherhood experiences, including women who have chosen to not have children, those who want motherhood and are uncertain about its possibility, and those who come to motherhood by biological and all other means. This nurturing and empowering workshop is designed for pre-teen and teen girls, along with their parent or caregiver, to celebrate and learn about the menstrual cycle together, fostering understanding, confidence, and a positive relationship with this natural life stage while strengthening the bond between parent and child.
Led by Michelle Wing from IYK®, this class is designed for parents and kids to practice yoga together, creating lasting memories while fostering connection, flexibility, and strength. This class offers poses and activities for all ages, with plenty of opportunities for laughter and bonding.
Each session will also support a great cause, making your practice even more meaningful. Come stretch, play, and give back as a family!
