Join us for a fun and energizing full-body movement class that blends bodyweight exercises with resistance bands to help you build strength, improve mobility, and support your pelvic floor. Set to upbeat music, this class is designed for all levels and focuses on functional movements that target the key muscles supporting your core, posture, and pelvic health.
Parents are welcome to bring babies in carriers—this is a family-friendly class where you can strengthen your body and bond with your little one at the same time.
Could your teen or pre-teen (geared for ages 10-14) benefit from exercise, flexibility, body awareness, and mindfulness? Students will experience the amazing benefits of yoga for body, mind, and soul in a lighthearted environment. Classes will include breathing exercises, discussion of topics such as self-confidence and body positivity, yoga flow, mindfulness, and meditation.
