We all come to yoga for different reasons, with different bodies, with different states of mind, different perspectives, different goals and then we share a space, we share movement and we share breath. Yoga is "to join." That's the magic that brought Brooke into the practice as a student and teacher of yoga. She brings her combined trainings in Vinyasa and as a student of Gurmukh in the Kundalini tradition into each class which is a creative blend of movement, strength, breath and mindfulness. She loves a good playlist and bringing a smile onto the mat. There's a place in the practice for all levels of students. Her invitation is to simply show up, breathe and feel the support of community. Brooke gets the opportunity to practice mindfulness and breathing off the mat while parenting two young kids, running a business, and finding inspiration in nature.
