Michele has 25 years experience as a Yoga Instructor E-RYT, Yoga Therapist and Teacher Trainer. Her technical background encompasses intensive study and deep understanding in Yoga Asana, Anatomy, Yoga Therapeutics, Functional Body Movement, Neuromuscular Re-Patterning, Psychology, Philosophy and more. Influenced by many traditions especially Iyengar, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yin, Therapeutics, her classes are infused with alignment precision, anatomical understanding, safe modifications, breath awareness, positive psychology and philosophical insight. The cadence of her instruction blends longer holds, core focus, and meditative vinyasa flow, continually linking breath with movement. Verbal adjustments help you understand your own body and offer a true experience of the pose. She aspires to weave in more than the physical aspects of Yoga with her specially crafted multi-dimensional approach offering a holistic experience where one feels better in body, mind and spirit. Athletes of all kinds come to Michele for optimal health and recovery to endure their sport. Michele also collaborates with medical professionals to help in injury prevention and management. Michele is a teacher’s teacher and she has been training other teachers for over 13 years.
