Monique is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa and Pranayama instructor with a deep commitment to the teachings of Yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and asana techniques. She is passionate about sharing the benefits and nurturing qualities of a consistent yoga practice. In her classes, breath is the central focus, guiding students to a more mindful and connected experience.

Monique offers a grounded practice that is both strong and challenging, emphasizing steadiness in the body and the quality of breath. Her intention is to help students cultivate an embodied practice, fostering a deep connection between body, mind, and soul.

She is also part of the Metta Team as the Director of Events.
