donation based class to honor owl
Friday November 8, 5:30-6:30pm | hosted by metta yoga corte madera
class taught by robyn cohen
Together with Metta Yoga and You Are Enough we are hosting a yoga event to honor Owl, support her family and community and surround them with love and kindness.
Our incredible instructor Robyn will be leading us in a powerful and loving flow class on Friday, November 8th at 5:30pm at Metta Studio in Corte Madera. We are coming together to remember Owl and support a characteristic that defines her, kindness.
"You Are Enough" is a non-profit organization (https://www.youareenough9.com/) created to promote open conversations and implement safe spaces at schools where students can relax, recharge, and reset without feeling alone or stigmatized.
Here in Marin we are looking to create "You Are Enough" wellness spaces in our local middle schools. Middle school is a time of major transitions- academically, socially and emotionally. Having a safe, quiet space where students can take their breaks, recharge and manage stress in a healthy way would be invaluable. The goal is to help students develop lifelong emotional wellness habits and feel safe earlier on in their development.
Address: 8 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera - CA 94925.

Her classes are musically charged and nurturing with a strong emphasis on alignment strength and breath and are held in the intention to create a container of compassion for whatever shows up on the mat. Her hope is through guided, dynamic movement and yoga postures , students will navigate their pathways toward joy and self connection.
