Yoga will help you with flexibility, mobility, and recovery, as well has help you build stamina and strength to support your life. This will be a lighthearted, fun, and steady-paced Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement) that dances between smoothly flowing poses and longer held poses. Modifications will be offered to support brand new beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Meet Minna

Minna brings her heart to class blending yoga philosophy and spirituality with creative dynamic movement. Minna uses breath and movement to help you free up energy, create a clearer connection to self, and feel recharged. You’ll get a grounding dose of spirituality with a touch of humor. Dancing ballet for 12 years, practicing yoga since 2006, and attending Tisch school of the arts, Minna believes movement is healing. Minna’s teachers are: Anna Hughes, Erin Gilmore, Dana Damara, Leslie Gleser, Tanya Clark, and Kate Holcombe.
