TiNille believes that “Yoga is not a work out, but a work in… ” Finding that path inward has been a lifelong journey; teaching yoga and meditation, her anchor. Her experience spans over 20 years of working in multiple modalities including: Sports & Deep Tissue massage; physical therapy, yoga, meditation and iRest Yoga Nidra.
TiNille teaches from the heart and genuinely wants to see her students smile during class, gain a sense of rootedness and leave with a fresh perspective. Using a blend of steady Vinyasa and Hatha flow, music that inspires and a peppering of spirituality, she hopes to help you remember your true nature - as a good and loving human - so you can take your light and share it with others.
