Drop off your kid ( ages 4-9+) at Metta San Rafael for 75 minutes of yoga, music, mindfulness and play with certified kids yoga teacher Jesse Hess!

The class will incorporate 45 minutes of yoga movement and music followed by 30 minutes of mindfulness exercises and guided playtime.

The intention of this kids class is to allow parents to practice adult yoga in the main studio from 9-10:15am, or grab a coffee in the neighborhood! We ask that parents don't stay to allow the kids to fully drop into the class.

To book your child: Click "reserve for guest." Then purchase a regular drop in class or class package for your child to use (the pricing is the same because this is a yoga and music class, not just childcare).
