This vigorous yet well-balanced Vinyasa flow, syncs breath with movement as you transition between smoothly flowing poses and longer holds to build stamina and strength.
Dana loves to teach a strong, sweaty, fiery class with unique transitions and a creative flow. She loves challenging her students, putting an emphasis on strength and alignment, and using the physical practice to calm the mind. Her wish is for her students to discover new and unique ways of movement while uncovering their inner strength and power. She stands by the simple phrase: If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.
