Join us for an evening of profound rest, restoration, and compassion with Nimisha Gandhi and Emily Wiemer.
We will begin with intention setting and a gentle pranayama practice. We will move into yin yoga, a practice that primes your body for the soothing experiences of the Soundbath and Yoga Nidra.
Sound Bath: Experience the soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and chimes. These sounds help promote a state of deep rest, energetic and emotional release.
Yoga Nidra: Also known as "yogic sleep," this practice involves lying down and being guided into a state of conscious relaxation, helping to release physical and mental tension.
Nimisha and Emily will skillfully guide you into deep relaxation, freeing your mind and body from tension and unlocking the potential for vivid visuals and releasing stagnation.
