Learn the fundamentals of lifting weights for strength and conditioning. You will flow throughout exercises and build confidence around weight lifting. There will be emphasis on where we feel exercises and how they are working in our body to build strength, prevent injury, and increase overall athleticism.


Yoga Pilates fusion

In this high-energy class you'll get an intense workout from a mix of yoga, Pilates, light weights, and HIIT exercises. Leave class sweaty, stronger, and full of energy.

FOCUSFit Strength is strong and intentional, focusing on empowering the body through movement that supports hormone balance, strengthens muscles, and boosts overall energy. You will experience a resistance strength training with weights to enhance bone density and muscle tone, mobility and functional movements for improved flexibility and mindful exercises to promote mental clarity and calm your nervous system.


Pilates HIIT Fusion (heated °86)

In this high energy fitness class, you'll get an intense workout from a mix of Pilates, light weights, and HIIT exercises in a heated room. Leave class sweaty, stronger, and full of energy.


Pilates Core + Align

Pilates Core + Align focuses on alignment, joint stability, and deep internal core function. With a focus on pelvic floor activation and diaphragmatic breathing, this class can begin to heal neck, shoulder, back and hip dysfunction by strengthening core muscles and correcting postural misalignments. Mindful breathwork and a dynamic flow of exercises set to an energizing playlist make this workout a well-rounded complement to your practice on the mat.
