Peter is a Bay Area native who has made a life of exploring movement and philosophy. For over a decade he has worked as a personal trainer, a yoga teacher and a Pilates instructor. With a background in wrestling, a MA in philosophy and a practice of meditation, Peter brings a unique touch to his classes and teachings. Peter's classes strike a balance between flexibility and strength, requiring a little of both. You can expect classes that are challenging yet informative on how to move and progress in your own personal practice. Above all Peter wants you to have fun, be relaxed yet driven and to play with the practice of yoga.
