Winter/Spring Teen + Tween Yoga Series - Thursdays 4-4:45pm in Corte Madera with Tiana Baumsteiger!
Running for 12 weeks from January 9th until April 3rd, 2025 (skipping Feb. 20th).
Could your teen or pre-teen (geared for ages 10-14) benefit from exercise, flexibility, body awareness, and mindfulness? Students will experience the amazing benefits of yoga for body, mind, and soul in a lighthearted environment. Classes will include breathing exercises, discussion of topics such as self-confidence and body positivity, yoga flow, mindfulness, and meditation.

Cost: $322 for all 12 classes. (10% off for Metta Yoga members applies automatically at checkout).
Perk: Up to one missed kids yoga session may be issued as a class credit for a regular adult yoga class for the teen, parent or caregiver!

Tiana's passion for teaching and empowering others shines through in every aspect of her being. She loves to help young people, and by being their teacher, friend, confidant, motivator, and biggest fan, she gets to do what she was born to do! Tiana has been teaching yoga & meditation for over ten years, is a Certified Youth Life Coach, a Reiki Master Practitioner and Flexologist. Her passion is to empower and help from a place of love!
