MOM + BABY POSTNATAL YOGA - Being pregnant and experiencing birth is a life changing experience. Your world shifts, as does your schedule, your sleep, and your self care routine. This postnatal class will help you embrace who you are now, while giving you a moment to focus on yourself. 

Yoga poses will help you regain pelvic floor and abdominal strength. This class will include breath work, asana, and meditation. Babies are welcome and about 10 minutes of sweet, developmental baby yoga will be included. 

This is a class that is intended to support new moms and continue to build community. So come as you are - crying babies, sleeping babies, breastfeeding mama’s, bottle feeding mama’s, caretakers supporting moms - all are welcome.
