This Hike & Yoga Retreat on Mount Tam is your chance to step away from the noise and reconnect with nature, your body, and a like-minded community. We’ll start with a moderate (6-8 miles), scenic hike through Marin’s most breathtaking trails, followed by a delicious, wholesome lunch.
There will be time to relax, connect, journal, or simply soak in the beauty around you before we will settle onto our mats for a nourishing all-levels yoga flow. Come solo for a day of self-care or invite a friend to share this incredible experience with you.

About the instructor:
Uli is an experienced Hiker who has hiked extensively in Marin and trekked around the world including Patagonia, Peru, Nepal, along the PCT and John Muir Trail in the High Sierra and climbed Mount Shasta.
In addition, Uli has led hiking trips to Yosemite, Lassen, Pinnacles National Parks as well as in her home country Germany.
Uli is a RYT 200 certified and Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher. She trained through Yogaworks under the guidance of Christy Brown who studied with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in India, Sarah Powers, T.K.V. Deskachar and the H.H. Dalai Lama. She also received her 50 Hour Insight Yoga Teacher Training with Sarah Powers, co-founder of the Insight Yoga Institute.
