PRENATAL YOGA - Create space mentally, physically and spiritually, and create community with other expecting mamas. You will take time to breathe, to embrace your changing body, and to honor all the hard work you are doing nourishing a new life.
Our goal is that every expecting momma will leave class with a deeper understanding of her body and her pregnancy. Each class will include breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and movement to support every stage of pregnancy and help with labor preparation.
Modifications will be offered and props will be utilized to accommodate every stage of the prenatal journey.
