YOGA FOR MOMS & TOTS - Stretch, move, and connect in this yoga class designed for moms with young kids in tow. You will focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and reconnecting with your core. Your little one will be with you and is free to play and engage with you or with other kids in the class. No prior yoga experience necessary. Designed for moms with crawling babies all the way up to 2.5 years old. Please bring a mat and anything your little one may need.
