Your little one has reached the milestone of mobility, how exciting! It is a whole new part of the motherhood journey and you do not have to do it alone.
Our new Postnatal Yoga for Moms & Tots class is for the mom with a moving baby/toddler. This class is designed for moms with crawling babies all the way up to 2.5 years old. Please bring a mat and anything your little one may need. No yoga experience necessary!
Class will be an opportunity for you to work on your flexibility, strength, and core incorporating yoga poses, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. It is also a great way to expand your mama community.
