Join Becky for a 3-week Beginner’s Yoga Series designed to help you understand the basics of yoga and move safely in your body.
Each class will focus on key poses, with time to explain alignment, body awareness, and safe transitions. We’ll cover foot/hand placement, the target areas for each pose, and the benefits of chest openers, backbends, and more.
You’ll also explore pranayama practices to support your breath and mindfulness, along with basic mudras. This series is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to revisit the fundamentals of yoga!
The series will take place over three weeks—February 28th, March 7th, and March 14th—on Fridays from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at Cloudbreak.

About the instructor:
Rebecca found the practice of yoga over 20 years ago and trained to be a Yoga instructor with world renowned teachers, Richard Rosen, Annie Carpenter and Margi Young when she relocated to the US from the UK.
As a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher, Rebecca offers fun practices focussing on alignment with accessible modifications for all levels of Yogi. Classes are designed to be playful and instructive with a firm focus on safe movement.
Rebecca teaches Hatha, Alignment, Flow, Yin, Restorative and Chair yoga classes for all abilities and ages, ensuring a welcoming environment for ALL who attend class.
