Starting December 3rd, join Marina Guastucci on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Core Flow, at Metta San Rafael!
This will be dynamic core focused flow meant to tone, strengthen and balance all aspects of the core. In addition to traditional yoga postures, we will use various breath, fascia release and resistance training techniques to awaken and empower our bodies from the inside out!
Marina’s classes are alignment-rich, creative, and meant to honor and celebrate each students unique body landscape and relationship to yoga. Her teachings integrate elements of strength training, follow seasonality and include various meditation, mudra and pranayama techniques.
