LUNA Fit is a revolutionary fitness experience that transcends the typical workout and prioritizes the unique needs of the female body. LUNA Fit seamlessly blends their innovative pelvic floor and core techniques with a diverse range of exercises to provide a comprehensive approach to fitness that builds whole-body strength, increases lean muscle mass and bone density (both of which become increasingly important after the age of 30), and improves cardiovascular fitness + mobility. From strength training and barre to pilates, cardio, and HIIT, each class is a dynamic fusion of techniques aimed at sculpting and strengthening the whole body with a strong emphasis on core strength and function.
LUNA Fit is inclusive and accommodating to all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, modifications and progressions are seamlessly integrated into every class to ensure that each participant can tailor the experience to their individual needs. This is not your typical workout – this is a holistic journey towards optimal health tailored specifically for women.
