Strengthen, Mobilize, and Move with Joy! Starting January 8th, join Chelsea Wiley on Wednesdays 10:45am for a Postnatal Baby Wearing FULL Body Bootcamp!

Join us for a fun and energizing full-body movement class that blends bodyweight exercises with resistance bands to help you build strength, improve mobility, and support your pelvic floor. Set to upbeat music, this class is designed for all levels and focuses on functional movements that target the key muscles supporting your core, posture, and pelvic health.

Parents are welcome to bring babies in carriers—this is a family-friendly class where you can strengthen your body and bond with your little one at the same time.

Through a mix of bodyweight movements and the added resistance of bands, you'll engage and strengthen muscles from head to toe while boosting flexibility and mobility. The resistance bands offer extra challenge, intensifying your movements and helping you activate deeper muscle groups, while bodyweight exercises keep things accessible and effective.

Whether you're looking to improve muscle tone, mobility, or overall body awareness, this class will leave you feeling strong, energized, and uplifted. Plus, the rhythm of the music makes it easy to move with joy!

Chelsea's yoga classes are soulful, heart-opening, deeply introspective and awakening. Her classes include hatha, vinyasa, kundalini and free-flow influences that are set to really inspiring playlists that people often request afterwards. She's always delighted to share the spotify playlist so you can carry that yoga class feeling throughout your day. Yoga teaches us about the connection of all things, and reminds us that our thoughts, words and actions create ripples. When we practice surrendering and opening up our hearts, the world receives this peace. She completed her RYT-200 hour teacher training (Kula Collective) in 2017 and in 2022 she completed her perinatal certification (Bliss Baby Yoga).
