Marina will guide you on a nourishing, slower-paced Vinyasa class concluding with 10-15 minutes of deeply relaxing sound healing. Leave class feeling renewed, restored, and ready to flow into your weekend with ease.
Her slow moving vinyasa classes are alignment-rich, creative, and meant to honor and celebrate each students unique body landscape and relationship to yoga. Her teachings integrate elements of strength training, follow seasonality and include various meditation, mudra and pranayama techniques.
