Yoga Nidra is the perfect meditation and rest and relaxation practice. Your Yoga Nidra practice will support you to feel well-rested even if you are not getting consistent or deep sleep. It will guide you into a deeply relaxed physical state while grounding you back into your body and may improve sleep by reducing stress and pain.
Each class will start with gentle movement to release any energy and intention setting before settling into your yoga Nidra “nest.” You will be guided through the entire journey so you can let your thinking mind drift away. The conscious intention attained through practice will help you come home to your true nature.
