Each day, you’ll participate in a 35-minute Yoga Nidra session via Zoom, from the comfort of your home. This practice will guide you into deep relaxation, release tension, and support the resetting of your nervous system.

No Experience Needed: This challenge is for everyone, whether you’re new to Nidra or have practiced before.
Create Your Nidra Nest: Set up a cozy space with a mat, blankets, pillows, and an eye mask. You can even practice in bed, but try to stay awake!
What is Yoga Nidra?
Unlike traditional meditation, Yoga Nidra allows you to enter a state of sleep with awareness. You’ll practice lying down, which helps your body relax deeply as your mind hovers between wakefulness and sleep. Yoga Nidra carries you into a restorative, meditative state that’s profoundly healing for both body and mind.
