This Fall Celebration Flow to Wine or Kombucha will be a glorious, fluid, groove-forward, fiery, heart opening, 60 min. candle-lit vinyasa set to LIVE DJ with Wayne Noel featuring deep house grooves that will roll into a 30 min. vibrating Sound Bath Healing session. Then, rounding out this glorious event we will roll from sound bath straight into a 45 min Ecstatic Dance moment (optional).

Rounding out the vibrating event, we will sip wine or kombucha, toast, laugh, revel in the glow of our practice, vibrations and connect in the studio. This will be a very special event to celebrate the Fall light and energy, manifesting joy, love, giant fun and connection!
