Drop off your kids ages 4+ this Memorial Day holiday for a Silent Disco Yoga to explore rhythm based movement, through art, dance, and yoga!

Kiddos will practice with headphones, practice balance and have fun while working towards basic gymnastics skills like handstands, cartwheels and backbends.

Kids will build confidence, strength and coordination within a playful setting rooted in the mindfulness of yoga, while you enjoy 2 hours of whatever you want!
