This workshop is for dads of any age with children of any age. No mindfulness experience necessary. Simply bring an open mind and wear comfortable clothing.
Jonathan Pofsky, MFT, CMT is a licensed somatic psychotherapist, bodyworker, yoga teacher, and mindfulness practitioner. He owns and operates the Marin Stress & Anxiety Center in Corte Madera, CA. He has been engaged in mindfulness practices for over 30 years. Jonathan is a mindful dad of two boys and is passionate about creating conscious community for men.
