Join Brooke Fantin & Mads Birdsall for a candle light workshop focused on helping you to unwind and restore. Brooke will guide you through a gentle 60 min flow designed to allow you the space to slow down and release tension—like a nice big exhale for your body. In place of music, Mads will play crystal sound bowls live to accompany the flow and make for a truly special experience. Once you've eased into savasana, enjoy sinking into a deeper state of relaxation with a crystal bowl sound bath. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more present, and connected to yourself.
The benefit of sound bowls extends beyond mere musical accompaniment. They stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, decreasing cortisol levels (our primary stress hormone) to foster relaxation, improved sleep, and optimized digestion. The resonance can even spur the release of endorphins, giving your mood a natural uplift. Many participants have a heightened sense of focus and presence after a sound bath. Paired with the intentional movement of the slow flow, all of this supports busy moms in releasing stress, relaxing, and restoring at the deepest levels.
This workshop is beginner friendly and for postpartum women of all levels. It’s a flow and sound experience designed with mamas in mind—whether you’re newly postpartum or years out from birth, this flow will meet you where you are. As an intimate group capped at 20 people, we create a unique space for connection (to self & others) and grounding so that you can unwind with ease. We can’t wait to see you there.
