Join Robyn Cohen and Barbara Sobel for Flow Through Perimenopause and Menopause, on March 16th at Metta Yoga San Rafael, sponsored by Menowell!

Robyn Cohen will teach a joyful and balanced flow designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and relaxation while supporting the body through hormonal fluctuations and changes experienced in perimenopause and menopause.

 

After the yoga class, Barbara Sobel, Functional Nutritionist, will offer insights on managing menopausal symptoms, discuss hormone replacement therapy (HRT), supplement options, and provide nutrition tips to optimize wellness during this life stage.

This workshop offers a unique opportunity for women to connect, find relief, and gain practical tools to navigate menopause with ease. The combination of yoga and nutrition is a well-rounded approach to managing symptoms, reducing stress, and boosting vitality.

Participants will leave feeling renewed, supported by a like-minded community, with tangible strategies to support their bodies during and after this transition, along with recipes and handouts.

About the instructors:

Barbara Sobel MS, CNS, LDN is an award winning clinical and functional medicine nutritionist. She specializes in working with women with autoimmune disease, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, and inflammatory conditions who want to feel their best and age gracefully.

Robyn Cohen is a long time fitness expert and teacher since 1986 in San Diego, Central Coast and San Francisco. Yoga bloomed for her in 2012. Her classes are musically charged and nurturing with a strong emphasis on alignment strength and breath and are held in the intention to create a container of compassion for whatever shows up on the mat. Her hope is through guided, dynamic movement and yoga postures , students will navigate their pathways toward joy and self connection.
