If you are not located locally, you can still attend, virtual option available!
Perimenopause and menopause bring a series of complex, often overlooked changes that can deeply affect both mental and physical well-being. As hormones fluctuate, so too can mood, energy, sleep, cognition, and overall wellness. But with the right support and understanding, this phase can also be a time of reconnection and empowerment.
Join us for an insightful panel where we will explore the full spectrum of changes during this journey and how a holistic, integrative approach can help restore equilibrium.
Together, we’ll discuss:
The physical and hormonal changes that affect the body during this transition
The mental and emotional impact of perimenopause and menopause
How mind and body are deeply interconnected in this phase of life
Practical tools and care strategies to support balance and well-being
Whether you're at the beginning of the journey, deep in the midst of it, or simply seeking to understand it better, this conversation offers real talk, expert insight, and empowering guidance for moving through the change with awareness and support.
