Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a nourishing 2 hour offering of intention setting, restorative yoga, and soothing sound bath.

This special class will be led by Metta teachers Kevin Leong, Leia Layus , and Emily Wiemer. Leia will open this class with Dharma and intention setting  followed by Kevin’s restorative yoga class supported by live sound bath with Emily. 

You will leave feeling resourced, nourished, and intentionally aligned with the heart, prepared to embrace the new year ahead.
